Like most companies that source material and resources from China, Turkey, India, Dubai and France.
We also rely on the international markets for some of our products. As a company that wants to deliver quality, we ensure we produce the products locally and take the time to ensure an handcrafted product that is premium.
Our products sometimes takes up to 20 days to get from order to your doorstep. We gurantee 20 days but can be lesser depending on the season and the our logistic partner at the period of purchase.
Like many millionaires that sit at the fire place and enjoy the best of fine linen and leather. Liezel has never worn a branded cloth or shoe. Growing up, she noticed how many people use their money to buy a brand they will be promoting anytime they wear it. Consumers should be able to have a choice to remove the brand.
This is what motivated the trone shoe logos and one of the first companies in the world to embrace the detached brand logo concept.
Please consider, all trone products are shown in South African sizes and all products have RSA size labels. You can find a Size Table for each product.
The Size Table serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don’t forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item.
Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, our Client Service team will be more than happy to assist you.
All items that you can see in the Versace Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.
The Trone Premium Online Store only shows articles that are available for sale online. If you would like to know about availability and the turn around time for product , please contact our Client Service team via our Contact form or check the Brand Agent in your Area closest to you.
If a product shows signs of defects or is damaged within 24 months of an online purchase, the product can be returned. Sunglasses are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We offer seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified and receive your personal invitation before our sale starts, or for other promotions and events. Please register as a subscriber and note that we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily discounted.

When returning your order, the amount will be credited back to your bank.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
